GENERAL CONDITIONS

Below are some of the most commonly used reasons for claiming refunds. It is important that you read and review this agreement to ensure that you are fully aware of it and agree to it before you engage a service with us. If you are certain that your claim is eligible for a refund or if you have questions about our refund policies, please contact us to discuss the details of your claim and discuss your request.
1. We guarantee complete satisfaction or your money back.
2. We commit ourselves to ensure that the purchased service is to your complete satisfaction. In case you have not received it correctly or completely, we invite you to inform us what would be the missing complement or we will refund you the corresponding economic proportion.
3. Our customers have up to 60 days to inform us of any clarification or disagreement about the purchased service.
4. All our staff is fully trained to clarify and/or solve your operation problems.
5. Our portal has the possibility of refunding your money immediately if you are not satisfied.
6. If you have any doubts about your transaction, before asking your bank for any clarification or refund, we invite you to contact us at info@websolutionshost.com.
7. Finally, we commit ourselves to refund your money immediately after your complaint on our website.
8. For the previous points we invite you to contact our customer service areas, through our different channels.

ONLY THE REIMBURSEMENT WILL BE APPLIED:
Incidents duly reported via ticket and not resolved within 72 hours and that apply to the "Support Guarantee" and that are the direct responsibility of WEB SOLUTIONS HOSTING.

IMPORTANT:
The Customer must send all the necessary documentation to initiate the refund process, the request must be made formally from the customer area of the holder, which must be linked to the service for which the refund is requested. The necessary data for the refund will be requested depending on the payment method used.
In case the customer wishes to request the return of one or more of its services, it has the possibility to charge that amount in money as available balance in its customer area, in order to use that money in pending orders.

Refunds will not apply in the following situations:
1. Payments for renewal of services.
2. Registration, renewal and/or transfer of domains.
3. Additional services such as installation services, configuration services, downloadable products, etc.
4. Software licenses (cPanel, Softaculous, etc).
5. New services that have been active for more than 30 days.
